Countries and their unique traffic rules:

1. America: Californian women are not allowed to drive wearing dressing gown.

2. Greece: Eating is prohibited while driving.

3. Turkey: Carrying first-aid box and firefighting equipment is compulsory. 

4. Russia: No entry for uncleaned cars.

5. Japan: Mud-splashing is a bookable offense. 

6. Serbia: A three-meter-long rope inside every car is compulsory.

7. Sweden: Drivers must keep their headlights on at all times, even during the day.

8. Spain: If you wear prescription glasses, you must carry a spare pair in your car.

9. France: Drivers are required to carry a portable breathalyzer in their vehicle.

10. Thailand: Driving without a shirt is strictly illegal and can result in a fine.
