                 MY DRIVING STORY

This chapter tells the driving experiences of the author which include the incidents of his own accidents -- from scratches to wreckage -- in instructive narratives towards identifying the driver's own responsibilities and mistakes. 


                               

Experience 1: Road Rage 

Place: Bhubaneswar 
Date: 2nd June 2024

It was our marriage anniversary. We visited a commercial nursery for some plants just before the evening. We went on selecting plants and picking them for our home nursery till we felt hungry. We paid for the plants and put them in our car boot before leaving for an eatery. 

I was driving along a main road which at one point runs through the Saliasahi slum on one side and the I.D. Market on the other. At a point a lane from the market to the busti crosses the road which usually gets too busy in the evening time. I slowed the car
