ROAD MOVES ON
This chapter defines and describes a road with its traffic mobility and builds up
a metaphysical approach to the conscious mind of the road user and aims at clearing the road transgressions such as on-road parking, gossiping, etc.
Road moves on, and is never static. It is always
a momentum, that all the users of it must match
in speed. Its movement is a uniform state of motion and does not move differently for cars
and super-cars or bikes and superbikes. It does not reconize the personal moods of the driver or sympathize with the "driver of urgency", for example, one who is driving to a hospital with urgent medicines or blood for their dying relative.
