ON-ROAD EVENTS

This chapter sheds light on how certain political, socio-cultural, and natural events on roads are responsible for traffic inconveniences as well as accidents. The chapter also proposes some measures to save the road from the harmful effects of those events.

Roads are meant for communication and transport. From pedestrians to cyclists to motorists, all use roads to go from one place to another.
